Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

Young adults and children who entered the United States under the age of 16 and prior to June 15, 2007, may qualify for relief under DACA. In addition, there are several other specific requirements to meet, including physical presence and enrollment in or graduation from high school. The young person’s criminal history is an important factor in determining whether he or she will qualify for DACA. If you believe that you or someone that you know may qualify, please call our office to set up an appointment today.

During this exciting time, some people may unfortunately try to take advantage of you and tell you that they can file the papers for you for a fee. You should only work with an attorney or an accredited representative to complete your application. Please be aware that “notarios” are not necessarily attorneys and should NOT be used to complete your application.
